We will typically ship your order (If in stock) to you within 5 to 7 business days after your order has been placed and we have received payment. Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are custom handmade creations and we hold ourselves to the strictest quality standards, we will not ship out a piece that does not meet our high level of standards. Because of this, there may be times when your order takes an extra day or two to ship out! Holidays and bad weather can also delay your product reaching you in the estimated time frame. However please be aware that we will do everything we can to assure your order reaches you in a timely fashion, as always your satisfaction is our main priority. Most if not all of our products are shipped free of charge.
Returns and Cancellations:
While we strive to send you a product free of defects or damages we understand that these things can occur during the shipping process.
***When you receive your order PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK FOR DAMAGE. ***
If there is a problem with your order, please contact The Steel Lodge within 24 hours of receiving your order. There is no need to refuse delivery if you see visible damage of your item, PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THE DAMAGE AND CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. If you do not make a note of the damage and contact us immediately upon signing, once you have signed for the item you assume legal ownership over the packages. Your diligence in noting damage allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf, failure to do so will unfortunately result in you having to file the claim yourself.
We will do our best to make it right. In the rare event you are not happy with your order and your wish to return the item you can do so. Please be aware in order to keep costs low, returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credits received will be for the price of the item less the restocking fee and any return shipping fees. We request that if you are not happy with your order that you return it within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Returned items must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. This can be obtained by contacting our customer service department. Please note that any items returned without the RMA number will not receive a refund or credit for the order!
While we do stock many popular designs we understand that you may be looking for a design slightly different than what we offer. This is where we let your creativity run wild! If there is something you would like but do not see on our website, give us a call! We will do our best to accommodate your tastes to design a product that you will truly love.
Once we have begun production of your order it may be difficult to cancel or make changes. At this point material has been appropriated and the design has been turned over to our assemblers. While it is difficult to cancel or change the design at this point it is not impossible. If you change your mind or need to make changes PLEASE CALL US RIGHT AWAY! Payment is fast and secure using the checkout process on our website. For your convenience The Steel Lodge accepts the following forms of payment:

Payment will be processed in full at check out. Some special order items have the option to leave a deposit to begin the design process; this is done on a case by case basis. Information about special order payments will be listed on the item page on our website.
Our quality and your satisfaction is what we pride ourselves on here at The Steel Lodge. Our natural and handmade products will add charm to any room, because we use natural wood there will be slight imperfections. Examples would be knots, holes, burrs, and checks (slivers, or cracks that run the length or are deep inside the wood). These things all occur naturally and are things we have no control over but believe add character and a rustic quality to our products. These examples would in no way fall under a damage or defect category, and will not affect the integrity or durability of our items. Items with these imperfections are not eligible for return.
Damage outside of the normal imperfections will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of The Steel Lodge at no cost to you. We will ship our repaired or replacement parts quickly so you can begin to enjoy your new furniture as soon as possible.
The Steel Lodge will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with anyone. At times we will need to share your information such as name and address with our freight carriers, and payment brokers to process you order, but please know that take every precaution to ensure your information remains safe.
